职位概要Summary
Have the responsibility to reach production targets of the welding plant including quality, output, EHS, human resources etc. as well as continuously striving for improvement of products’ quality, efficiency and decrease of production cost. Implement all kinds of regulations and policies of the company and standards of process, technology and quality.
技能及任职资格
- 年龄Age:
30岁-40岁 within 30-40
- 教育程度或专业Education Level (specialty):
本科或本科以上学历，工科院校毕业;机械类专业、材料工程类专业; bachelor’s degree and above with mechanical or material engineering background;
- 工作经验Experience related:
10年以上工作经验，至少具5年管理经验，有从事铁路配件企业管理经验者优先考虑，能熟悉铝合金车体制作工艺流程者最好。
10 years wielding and fabrication working experience among which at least 5 years as managerial role; Rolling stock or aluminum car body manufacturing experience are preferable;

- 语言能力 English Language:
具有良好英语沟通能力，具有较强的汉语语言和文字表达能力;
Both good English communication ability, and Chinese oral and written expression ability;

能熟练运用各种办公软件，熟悉CAD、CATIA等工程绘图软件
Familiar with PC software, esp. engineering software such as CAD, CATIA, etc.
